º También recibirá el Gobierno, por conducto del Banco de la República, el oro producido por las minas no comprendidas en el artículo 1º de esta Ley, pero los "certificados de oro" que expidiere serán negociables sólo en las condiciones indicadas en el artículo siguiente.
