Artículo tercero. La surna de que trata el artículo primero de este Decreto se entregará al Tesorero Municipal de San Gil, y se girará con cargo al Capítulo 70, artículo 755 del Presupuesto de Gastos de la vigencia fiscal en curso, liquidado para el Ministerio de Fomento.
