La visa de servicio expedida dentro del territorio nacional tendrá una validez hasta por el término de un (1) año, renovable, previa solicitud oficial, por períodos iguales hasta el término de la misión o contrato de trabajo; expedida en el exterior, tendrá una valides de un (1) mes y para su prórroga el titular deberá dar cumplimiento a los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 29. Una vez terminada la misión o el contrato de trabajo, el titular podrá permanecer amparado por la misma visa por un término no mayor de tres (3) meses. SECCION QUINTA VISA TEMPORAL
