Apruébase la siguiente Resolución de la Junta Directiva de la Oficina de Control de Cambios, Importaciones y Exportaciones: "RESOLUCION NUMERO 4 DE 1949 (MARZO 28) por lo cual se reglamenta la importación de maquinaria, equipo y repuestos para industrias . La Junta Directiva de la Oficina de Control de Cambios, Importaciones y Exportaciones, en ejercicio de lo preceptuado por el artículo de la Ley 90 de 1948, RESUELVE:
