Traslado de pruebas . En los casos en que el declarante señale la existencia de un proceso judicial o administrativo por un hecho victimizante, o la Unidad Administrativa Especial para las Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas tenga conocimiento de dicho proceso, esta última podrá solicitar a la entidad pertinente copia impresa o digital del expediente correspondiente. En este caso no se requerirá copia auténtica. Esta información estará sujeta a los principios de confidencialidad y se utilizará exclusivamente para el proceso de valoración. Estas solicitudes serán resueltas en un término no mayor de 10 días hábiles.
