Artículo único. Declárase deuda de la Nación la que tiene contraída el Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario con el Banco Nacional. En consecuencia, el Gobierno procederá á hacer el pago correspondiente, de manera que el Colegio quede á paz y salvo con el referido Banco.

La partida necesaria para los efectos de esta ley se considerará incluída en el respectivo Presupuesto de Gastos.
