°. Cada uno de los Institutos tendrá un Director nombrado por el respectivo Consejo Directivo por mayoría de votos, para un periodo de dos (2) años, y podrá ser reelegido. El aspirante deberá ser experto en rehabilitación y educación de ciegos y sordomudos, según el caso, y sus funciones las determinarán los estatutos de la institución. El Director será el representante legal de la institución.
