° Todo propietario, arrendatario o usufructuario, a cualquier título, de plantaciones de banano en el Departamento del Magdalena, está en la obligación de permitir actuar al Jefe de Sanidad Vegetal y a las Comisiones Sanitarias que éste designe, para cumplir las providencias necesarias a la profilaxis y defensa de sus bananeras en la forma y tiempo que se juzguen necesarios, debiendo suministrar, a su costa, los trabajadores que requiera la ejecu ejecución de, las medidas, de sanidad vegetal dentro de su predio.
