Modifíquese el artículo 325 del Decreto 1165 de 2019, el cual quedará así: "ARTÍCULO 325. FORMULARIO DE LA DECLARACIÓN ANDINA DEL VALOR. La declaración andina del valor deberá diligenciarse en los formularios oficiales que para el efecto determine la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) y presentarse a través de los servicios informáticos electrónicos."
