En las tres ocasiones anteriores, después de la recepción del Cuerpo Diplomático será recibido por el Presidente de la República el Cuerpo Consular residente en Bogotá, previa solicitud escrita hecha por el Decano al Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores en la ocasión contemplada en el artículo anterior.
