Artículo segundo. Las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda no podrán adquirir bonos u otros títulos valores emitidos por terceras personas, ni obligaciones que no hayan sido constituidas originalmente a su favor, salvo autorización de la Superintendencia Bancaria y solo para operaciones que estén en concordancia con los objetivos del Sistema de Valor Constante.
