Art. 15. Queda suprimida en la primera instancia de estos negocios la intervención del Ministerio Público, excepto en los procedimientos radicados ó que se radiquen en Bogotá, donde la Comisión Especial funciona con la colaboración de un Fiscal.

Parágrafo

También intervendrá el Ministerio Público en la primera instancia de estos negocios, en aquellos lugares donde el Poder Ejecutivo cree Fiscales especiales.
