°. Seguridad Social. Las personas vinculadas bajo el Programa de Empleo de Emergencia, serán afiliadas por el empleador al Sistema de Seguridad Social Integral: salud y pensiones, conforme a las reglas establecidas en los artículos 9° y 10 del presente decreto y en riesgos profesionales el porcentaje de cotización será de acuerdo con la normativa vigente, donde el ingreso base de cotización no podrá ser inferior a un salario mínimo legal mensual vigente. En lo no previsto en el presente decreto, se aplicarán las disposiciones generales que en el Sistema de Seguridad Social Integral regulan la forma y oportunidad del pago de aportes y el reporte de novedades.
