En aquellos lugares en donde se establezcan expendios particulares, los expendedores gozarán de un honorario hasta del cinco por ciento de las ventas a juicio del Jefe de la Oficina de quien dependan. Dicho honorario no podrá exceder en ningún caso de treinta pesos mensuales.
