Articulo primero . A partir de la fecha del presente Decreto, suprímanse los cargos de Ingeniero de Costos y de tres (3) Topógrafos Dibujantes, estos últimos en la actualidad vacantes, de la Interventoría de las obras contratadas con la firma Utah i y Olap, en las carreteras Armenia-Ibagué-Manizales-Honda Murillo-Calarcá y Cartago-Manizales.
