ARTICULO UNICO. Autorizase a la Asamblea Departamental de Bolívar para que sin que sean llenados todos los requisitos que exigen las leyes 49 de 1931 y 38 de 1942, cree el Municipio de San Bernardo del Viento, con cabecera en la población del mismo nombre e integrado, además, con los corregimientos de monitos y puerto escondido.
