Tendrá derecho a ser receptor de Células Progenitoras Hematopoyéticas (CPH), de cordón umbilical y de los productos terapéuticos elaborados con ellas o derivados de ellas, toda persona cuyo estado de salud lo requiera. Serán sujetos prioritarios de esta atención los menores de 18 años diagnosticados o en presunción de cáncer, en concordancia con los términos de la Ley 2026 de 2020
