Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en la presente Ley, cuando se trate de la enajenación de participación del Estado o del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras en instituciones financieras o entidades aseguradoras, se aplicarán las disposiciones del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero.
