º Solicitud de pruebas . Dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a la notificación de la resolución inicial, deberán los interesados o el Ministerio Público, solicitar y aportar las pruebas conducentes para demostrar el derecho de dominio sobre el inmueble. El Instituto podrá de oficio decretar y obtener las pruebas que considere necesarias.
