La Junta Directiva estará integrada por los siguientes miembros:
El Ministro de Justicia o su delegado, quien la presidirá;
El Ministro de Gobierno o su delegado;
El Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República o su delegado;
EL Ministro de Educación o su delegado;
Un representante de los trabajadores;
Secretario General Senado;
Secretario General Cámara.
