De acuerdo con lo que previene el artículo 5.° de la lei 63 de 1877, las cuotas por pensiones de individuos que residan en los Estados, se pagarán en las oficinas respectivas de Hacienda nacional. La Seccion de Contabilidad de la Secretaría del Tesoro dictará los reglamentos que sean necesarios para hacer delegaciones, cuando así lo soliciten los interesados.
