Destínase la suma de doscientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 250.000.00) moneda legal, para la construcción y dotación de la Escuela Normal de Señoritas de aquella localidad, la cual continuará funcionando como Normal Nacional Superior.

Parágrafo

Facúltase al Gobierno Nacional para efectuar los traslados, créditos y demás operaciones presupuestales que sean necesarios, para darle inmediato cumplimiento al presente artículo.
