Art. 3.° Los billetes de tesorería que deberán emitirse, serán de las series de 1, 3, 5, 10, 20, 50 i 100 pesos, i su timbre contendrá en números i letras, la espresion del valor de los de cada una, conforme al modelo de los preparados en New York en el año de 1861, i con signos reservados que se acordarán con el secretario del tesoro.
