Provisión de empleos. Los empleos de la planta de personal de la Agencia Nacional de Defensa Jurídica del Estado serán provistos de conformidad con las disponibilidades presupuestales y hasta la concurrencia presupuestal de cada vigencia, cumpliendo con todos los requisitos legales para tal fin y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley 909 de 2004 y demás disposiciones sobre la materia.
