Atribuciones y facultades. De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el presente capítulo el representante legal o su delegado, de las entidades públicas del orden territorial deberán estar facultados para la transferencia de bienes inmuebles fiscales entre entidades, cesión a título gratuito o enajenación de bienes fiscales ocupados ilegalmente.

Parágrafo transitorio

Las facultades a que se refiere el presente artículo, conferidas con fundamento en el Decreto 149 de 2020 continuarán vigentes hasta la finalización del trámite.
