Artículo primero. La "Gaceta de la Propiedad Industrial", será una publicación mensual bajo la dirección del Director de la División de la Propiedad Industrial del Ministerio de Fomento. Tendrá, además, de un Redactor, el personal necesario para su funcionamiento, como dependencia inmediata de la División de la Propiedad Industrial del citado Ministerio.
