Inspecciones judiciales y peritaciones . Con citación de la presunta contraparte o sin ella, podrá pedirse como prueba anticipada la práctica de inspección judicial sobre personas, lugares, cosas o documentos que hayan de ser materia de un proceso. Podrá pedirse dictamen de peritos, con o sin inspección judicial y con o sin citación de la parte contraria. No obstante, cuando una u otra verse sobre libros y papeles de comercio, se requerirá previa notificación de la presunta contraparte. La petición se formulará ante el juez del lugar donde debe practicarse.
