Oficinas en Centros Regionales de Atención y Reparación. Los Centros Regionales de Atención y Reparación de que trata el numeral 11 del artículo 168 de la Ley 1448 de 2011, unificarán y reunirán toda la oferta institucional para la atención de las víctimas de que trata el presente decreto, de tal forma que aquellas sólo tengan que acudir a estos Centros para ser informadas acerca de sus derechos, facilitar el acceso a las medidas de asistencia y atención según sea el caso, y para llevar a cabo la solicitud de registro.
