Administración . Las Sucursales y Agencias son administradas, respectivamente, por Gerentes o Directores de libre nombramiento y remoción de la Junta Directiva. Las limitaciones de las facultades de los administradores de las Sucursales serán determinadas en el acto de nombramiento, conforme a lo que disponga la Junta Directiva, cuya copia será inscrita en el Registro Público de Comercio.
