En lo que respecta a las demás actuaciones que se surten en el procedimiento administrativo sancionatorio, se regirá por las disposiciones del Código Nacional de Tránsito y en lo no regulado por esta, a lo dispuesto en el Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo.
