Artículo único. Abrese al Poder Ejecutivo, con imputación á los capítulos y artículos que en seguida se expresan, los siguientes créditos adicionales al Presupuesto de gastos de 1911 :

MINISTERIO DE OBRAS PUBLICAS

DEPARTAMENTO DE OBRAS PUBLICAS

Edificios nacionales.

Artículo 466. Para contrucción, reparación, conservación y aseo del Capitolio y otros edificios nacionales $ 55,500

Carreteras y caminos de herradura.

Artículo 477, Para la conservación de caminos, carreteras y puentes, así :

§ 1° Para el gran camino central del Noroeste, vía de Chiquinquirá al Socorro 15,000

DEPARTAMENTO DE FOMENTO

Auxilios y otros gastos de fomento.

Artículo 503. Para acabar de cumplir la Ley 133 de 1896

Suman los créditos.$ 70,800.
