Cancelación del Registro Nacional de Turismo. Las cámaras de comercio cancelarán el registro por las siguientes razones: - Por decisión de la Superintendencia Industria y Comercio, a través de la Delegatura de Protección del Consumidor. - Por solicitud del prestador de servicios turísticos en estado activo, caso en el cual deberá eliminar la actividad turística del Registro Mercantil. - Por no renovación del RNT durante dos (2) períodos consecutivos. - Cuando se cancele el Registro Mercantil. En caso de cancelación de la matrícula mercantil del establecimiento de comercio, la cámara de comercio procederá a la cancelación del RNT. Normas concordantes: Artículo 2.2.4.1.3.7. del Decreto Único Reglamentario 1074 de 2015, modificado por el Decreto 1836 de 2021.
