Art. 2. º Cuando un despacho telegráfico tenga que pasar de una oficina del ramo a una postal, el respectivo Telegrafista lo dirijirá al respectivo Administrador de correos; i asímismo, cuando un despacho telegráfico tenga que pasar de una oficina postal a una telegráfica, el respectivo Administrador de correos lo dirijirá al respectivo Telegrafista.
