De los gastos por la administración del Certificado de Reembolso Tributario. El Gobierno Nacional reembolsará al Banco de la República los gastos en que éste incurra, por todo concepto, en la administración de los Certificados de Reembolso Tributario. Tales gastos serán atendidas con cargo al Presupuesto Nacional, para lo cual el Gobierno hará los traslados presupuestales necesarios.
