° Los préstamos que haga el Banco Central Hipotecario de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 2° de la citada Ley 92 de 1945, podrán hacerse con la hipoteca de los predios afectados, sus futuras edificaciones y tendrán la garantía de la Nación en la proporción correspondiente a la ayuda del Estado.
