Las normas del presente Estatuto sobre remesas de utilidades y reembolsos del principal, se aplicarán también a los capitales registrados con anterioridad al 17 de junio de 1957 y a los que se registren en desarrollo del artículo 120. Los términos y condiciones en que pueden llevarse a cabo las transferencias correspondientes a la amortización o reembolso de estos capitales, se reglamentarán por el Consejo Nacional de Política Económica.
