ARTICULO 18 . PLANTA DE PERSONAL. - Con el fin de atender las necesidades del servicio de la Superintendencia del Subsidio Familiar, ésta tendrá una planta de personal global. El Superintendente, con sujeción a la respectiva estructura orgánica, distribuirá la planta de personal y ubicará a los funcionarios según los planes, programas y necesidades del servicio.
