Inviolabilidad de la correspondencia. La correspondencia del servicio postal y demás formas de comunicación privada son inviolables. No se podrá atentar contra el secreto que pudiera contener y sólo puede ser interceptada y registrada, mediante orden judicial, en los casos y con las formalidades que establezcan la Constitución y la ley, sin perjuicio de las sanciones penales establecidas por la violación ilícita de la correspondencia.
