El Gobierno nacional, a través del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, diseñará y pondrá en marcha estrategias y campañas educativas sobre los potenciales efectos y riesgos para la salud del uso de Sistemas Electrónicos de Administración de Nicotina (SEAN), Sistemas similares Sin Nicotina (SSSN) Productos de Tabaco Calentado (PTC) y Productos de Nicotina Oral (PNO); las cuales estarán dirigidas a toda la población, pero especialmente a los usuarios de dichos sistemas y/o productos, así como a los niños, niñas y jóvenes del país.
