Declárese Patrimonio Cultural y Artístico de la Nación los siguientes Festivales del departamento de Santander:

Festival de Bandas y Festival de Acordeones del Río Grande de la Magdalena (Barrancabermeja); Festival del Torbellino y el Requinto (Puente Nacional); Festival Guane de Oro (San Gil); Concierto "Nace una Estrella", en homenaje al natalicio del Maestro José A. Morales (Socorro); Festival de la Guabina y el Tiple (de Vélez).
