ARTICULO 521 . Extinción de la condena y cancelación de la caución . Cuando se declare la extinción de la condena conforme el artículo 71 del Código Penal, se cancelará la caución y se comunicará a las mismas entidades a quienes se les comunicó la sentencia de condena condicional.
