Sustentación. Recibidas las copias por el Superior, mediante auto ordenará que el asunto se fije en lista por el término de tres días durante el cual el recurrente sustentará, por escrito, el recurso. Si no lo sustentare, se declarará desierto. Si lo sustentare, se dará traslado común por el mismo término a las partes no recurrentes.
