Del Grupo De Almacén Y Cuentas

Son funciones del Grupo de Almacén y Cuentas:

a)

Organizar y manejar el Almacén, suministrando oportunamente la información y los pedidos de acuerdo con los sistemas y normas establecidas;

b)

Llevar y mantener actualizados los libros de control de Almacén, efectuando el respectivo movimiento contable;

c)

Mantener al día el inventario de bienes y efectuar inventarios físicos periódicos;

d)

Prestar colaboración y asesoría a las dependencias a que haya lugar, para realizar inventarios físicos e individuales y tramitar adecuadamente los traslados, devoluciones y bajas de elementos en sus respectivos inventarios;

e)

Responder por el trámite de las distintas cuentas a cargo del Ministerio.
