Modifícase el literal c) del artículo 21 del Decreto 3554 de 2004 el cual quedará así: "c) Que su grado de dilución garantice la inocuidad del medicamento; en particular, la preparación no deberá contener más de una parte por 1000 de tintura madre, salvo lo establecido en una de las farmacopeas homeopáticas oficialmente aceptadas".
