Para la expedición de pasaporte a un menor adoptado se requiere

Autorización de los padres adoptantes.

Registro civil de nacimiento, con el nombre y nacionalidad de los padres adoptantes y el número y fecha de la sentencia de adopción.

Copia de la sentencia de adopción con la constancia de su ejecutoria.
