º De acuerdo con el artículo 2º de la Ley 63 de 1941, los fletes de la carga que haga el recorrido de Buenaventura a Cali, y que corresponda a las clases primera, segunda, tercera y cuarta de las tarifas del Ferrocarril del Pacífico, vigentes el 16 de octubre del presente año, se liquidarán a razón de $ 0.07 por tonelada-kilómetro.
