° Las funciones de Secretaria Técnica y Ejecutiva del Consejo serán cumplidas por la Dirección General de Integración y Desarrollo de la Comunidad del Ministerio de Gobierno. En consecuencia, el Director General de Integración y Desarrollo de la Comunidad será el Secretario del Consejo, y como tal cumplirá las funciones necesarias para el normal funcionamiento de éste.
