° En ningún caso los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial podrán abstenerse de efectuar la correspondiente elección de los candidatos que hacen parte de las listas, por ser éstos oriundos de distinto Departamento o porque con ella se rompa la representación proporcional en la provisión de los cargos.
