Artículo tercero. Los estudios de cursos completos o de asignaturas realizadas en planteles pertenecientes a otras ramas de la enseñanza secundaria, que cuenten con aprobación oficial o licencia de funcionamiento, necesitarán exámenes de validación cuando la intensidad horaria y los programas desarrollados no correspondan a los del bachillerato.
