º Educadores oficiales. Los educadores que presten sus servicios en entidades oficiales de orden nacional, departamental, distrital, intendencial, comisarial y municipal, son empleados oficiales de régimen especial que, una vez posesionados, quedan vinculados a la administración por las normas previstas en este Decreto.
